Janine Shore grew up in the heart of her father’s dermatology practice, absorbing the rhythms, patterns, and deep wisdom of patient care from an early age. Those formative years—watching the precision, curiosity, and compassion that defined his work—shaped her into a practitioner who sees skin health as a window into the whole body. Today, she brings that legacy forward with a modern, functional approach that blends the best of dermatology with cutting-edge wellness strategies.
Deeply passionate about peptide therapy and the science of optimization, Janine works with patients to help them feel energized, confident, and aligned in their own skin. Her style is warm, direct, and empowering—rooted in the belief that small, intentional changes can lead to massive transformation. At Shore Med Spa, she partners with each patient to create personalized, science-backed plans that elevate both skin health and overall vitality.

He co-founded Delivering Cures 4 Cancer (DC4C), a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of innovative cancer treatment technologies, in honor of his late wife, Paula Shore. With the longest-running skin cancer screening program achieving 100% survival, the practice is committed to early detection, prevention, and personalized treatment plans.

Meet Dr. Ronald N. Shore, MD
A distinguished Board-Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Ronald N. Shore has been a leader in medical and cosmetic dermatology for over 25 years. With a rigorous academic background, innovative treatment approach, and dedication to patient care, he is recognized for his expertise in complex skin conditions, advanced dermatologic procedures, and skin cancer prevention.
Dr. Shore earned his medical degree With Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, receiving top student honors on four separate occasions and earning eleven academic merit-based scholarships. He continued his training with an internship and fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital, followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He has since been an integral part of the dermatology teaching program at Johns Hopkins, frequently lecturing at national and international medical conferences and leading specialized courses at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meetings.
